The Briarhills Property Owners Association (BPOA) is working to clarify the rules and regulations of rebuilding. We know that this is a trying time for many. Two of our board members have had their homes completely flooded on Briarhills Parkway. We want to make sure we provide the support and care to all of the effected homeowners while continuing to provide a safe, quite, and enjoyable neighborhood.
To that end, the BPOA is considering rules regarding the use of RV’s during construction and rebuilding, the placement and use of port-o-potties, the days and hours of construction, the time frame for rebuilding, and the presence of concrete slabs and demolition. These are all complicated considerations to work through, the BPOA will do its best to keep all residents informed and gather input while we work through these issues.
